Although Adobe Photoshop is excellent at editing RAW images, the two most productive RAW image editing software packages are Adobe Photoshop Lightroom and Apple's Aperture, pictured here. Beware that Aperture is only available in the Macintosh computer systems.

I like to have as much fun as possible with the bride and groom which helps make for a relaxing atmosphere which leads to good photos and lots of sales. This old Cadiallac is the Grooms favorite "toy" so I made sure to use it in some photos.

The reception was at a Country Club, so there was a beautiful golf course and lots of golf carts available. This is the bride and groom with the brides twin sister bridesmaids.

I always try and use sunsets whenever possible. If the bride and groom are at the reception entertaining friends, then you need to quitely take them out for the shots. Be careful though, make sure they want to cooperate. Sometimes they may just want to party, so do not force the issue.

I always take a photo of the bride and grooms rings. You need to make sure that the hands are placed in a natural position, with the fingers together, but not tightly squeezed, which looks unnatural.

Wherever possible, I like to use available light. In this case I am using the window at the back as the main light, and a flash bounced to create the effect of natural light. Use an inexpensive light meter to help get a pleasing natural looking photo.

Always, always make sure you take plenty of photos of the kids in the bridal party, expecially if this is a second marriage and the these are the children of the bride or groom.

I use an iPhone as my primary cell phone for a number of reasone, not the least of which is that I am always ready to sell my services. The iPhone is an excellent way to show off your images, on a very bright high resolution screen.

Todays modern digital camera systems are a real marvel of technology. These camera systems contain more computing power than when man first went to the moon! Incredible. Note that you should be shooting at 6 Megapixels or more and in the RAW format.

Today.s digital lenses are also incredible feats of technology, with built in computers and image stabilization technologies. These technologies enable hand held shooting at much slower shutter speeds but still provide very sharp images.
